I joined Navis Consulting’s Technical Shipping team in December 2013. During the 2 years prior to this, I worked for another recruitment company, spending a year based in the US helping to grow a Technical Shipping division in New York City. I started with Navis as a Senior Consultant and after proving my capability and achieving a succession of promotions, I am now an Associate Director, a strategic leadership role. I work with renowned ship owners, ship managers, ports and marine consultancies in the UK and globally, specialising in the Technical Shipping sector. I predominantly recruit medium to senior level shore-based roles on a contingent and retained basis. Over the years, I have built a large network of longstanding clients and a global candidate base.
