This is an excellent opportunity to join a global yacht management and brokerage firm based in Monaco.
As Sales Assistant you will work closely with a Senior Sales Broker, providing dedicated administrative and operational support to help manage their sales portfolio and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will play a key role in supporting yacht listings, client interactions, proposals and transaction processes, enabling the broker to focus on business development and closing sales.
Responsibilities
You will take ownership of organising and maintaining sales documentation, preparing presentations and marketing materials, coordinating listing activity, and ensuring all systems and records are accurate and up to date. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will ensure deadlines, checklists and workflows are consistently met. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will liaise closely with internal teams including Marketing and Creative to support yacht listings, events and promotional activity. You will also contribute to market intelligence, assisting with research, client proposals and maintaining up-to-date yacht data across systems. You may also assist the broker with charter bookings (including assisting with client requests / questions and reviewing contracts).

- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently while supporting a busy Senior Sales Broker
- Collaborative and confident liaising across teams, clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales support role within yacht sales
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential
- Strong understanding of the yachting market and industry
- Experience supporting the onboarding of new Central Agency listings and yacht closings, including managing associated documentation and processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- You must have the right to work in the EU to be considered
