I am looking for a Slot Technician to join a leading Cruise Line.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot machines, arcade games, currency-handling devices, signage, and gym equipment on board. Ensures all work aligns with company standards and safety regulations while delivering courteous service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair slot machines, video games, and coin-handling equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and replace mechanical/electrical components.
- Fill machines with coins, collect currency, and ensure machine accuracy.
- Support guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor for security concerns and assist with daily operations, including jackpots and machine counts.
- Maintain signage and computerized gym equipment.
- Complete required reports and attend training sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Formal training in mechanical/electrical repair; casino experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Language & Physical Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages a plus.
