We are seeking an experienced Casino Manager to lead and oversee the casino operations aboard a modern cruise vessel.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and profitable gaming activities, while delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant onboard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day casino operations, including table games, slot machines, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate casino staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor gaming revenue and expenses, preparing reports for senior management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and onboard entertainment synergy
- Oversee cash handling, security, and responsible gaming initiatives
- Plan and implement promotional events to drive casino activity and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all gaming activities and ensure audits are completed timely
Requirements
- Proven experience in casino management or gaming operations, preferably in a cruise.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of gaming laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a multicultural team
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
