I am hiring an Assistant Casino Manager to support the Casino Manager in overseeing daily casino operations on board.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to oversee games, staff, and guest interactions.
- Monitor financial operations, staffing levels, and inventory control.
- Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service excellence.
- Assist with team training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Promote player engagement and Club Royale enrolment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of progressive cruise casino supervisory experience.
- Previous internal experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with high performance ratings.
- Completion of a Gaming Board-approved dealer school.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) preferred.
- Physically able to meet shipboard safety and emergency requirements.
