I joined Navis Consulting’s Technical Shipping division following a successful career in retail leadership, where I was responsible for regional team development, the rollout of systems training and sales initiatives. This background gave me a strong foundation in stakeholder management, process improvement and relationship-led service delivery. At Navis, I specialise in placing technical shore-based professionals across the EU within the shipping and maritime sector. This includes roles such as Technical Superintendents, Fleet Managers, Marine Managers and related leadership functions across shipowners, ship management firms, and classification societies. Outside of work, I’m passionate about football and currently head up the media team at Moneyfields FC, a local Step 4 side in the English non-league system. I’m also a keen golfer and enjoy travelling across Europe – often combining both interests when I can.
