New senior level role based in Southampton (Hybrid) for a Senior Director, Electrical, Automation, Safety & Nautical to a join a global brand in the cruise sector.

You will provide senior technical leadership and act as the companies reocnised technical authority across the electrical, automation, safety and nautical disciplines within newbuild programs as well as providing support to the in-service fleet of ships owned

Bio

I joined Navis Consulting’s Technical Shipping team in December 2013. During the 2 years prior to this, I worked for another recruitment company, spending a year based in the US helping to grow a Technical Shipping division in New York City. I started with Navis as a Senior Consultant and after proving my capability and achieving a succession of promotions, I am now an Associate Director, a strategic leadership role. I work with renowned ship owners, ship managers, ports and marine consultancies in the UK and globally, specialising in the Technical Shipping sector. I predominantly recruit medium to senior level shore-based roles on a contingent and retained basis. Over the years, I have built a large network of longstanding clients and a global candidate base.
