This is an exciting new opportunity to join a reputable ship owner. The role can be based in either Liverpool or Hessle.
The Crewing Manager is responsible for the effective management of all crewing activities for the company’s fleet, ensuring that vessels are manned with qualified, competent, and compliant seafarers in accordance with company policies, international maritime regulations, flag state requirements, and client expectations. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective deployment of personnel while maintaining high standards of crew welfare, retention, and performance.
