The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and administration of crew assignments across the company’s fleet. The role ensures that all vessels are staffed with suitably qualified, competent, and medically fit personnel while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
Working closely with Masters, Marine Operations, HR, and payroll, the Crewing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, supporting crew welfare, and ensuring efficient crew logistics.
