A major cruise line is looking for Deputy Chief Security Officers to join the team onboard their large fleet of ships.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security staff and guards to ensure effective onboard security operations.

Responsible for security and safety related training for security personnel.

Supervise gangway operations and assigned gangway staff, ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Implement and strictly adhere to the Ship Security Plan at all times.

Maintain order, discipline, and appropriate conduct throughout the vessel.

Conduct regular and thorough security inspections to identify and address potential risks.

Carry out additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chief/Deputy Security Officer with seagoing experience
Cruise ship experience preferred but other vessels are accepted - Valid STCW Basic Safety training and Designated Security Duties/Ship Security Officer
- A high level of English
