I’ve recently joined Navis Consulting as a Lead Recruitment Consultant. With over 10 years of experience in technical recruitment, I bring a commercially-focused approach to talent acquisition. For the past 6+ years, I’ve specialised in recruiting across the Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering sectors, supporting consultancies and shipyards globally within the Commercial, Defence, Shipbuilding and Leisure Maritime markets. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality staffing solutions across the full project lifecycle, from design and new-builds to refits, conversions, and long-term support. My expertise includes building multidisciplinary teams for military vessels and submarines, commercial ships, and superyachts. Backed by a strong industry network and deep sector knowledge, I’ve established lasting partnerships across the UK and international maritime industries.
