With over 9 years of hands-on experience working for Royal Caribbean, I bring a deep understanding of cruise life and shipboard operations to my role as a Recruitment Consultant. I began my journey at sea as a Youth Staff member and progressed to become a Kids Club Manager, overseeing engaging programs for babies, children, and teens across some of the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ships. Throughout my career, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to visit more than 55 countries and work with diverse, multicultural teams. This firsthand experience has given me unique insight into the demands and rewards of working at sea, and the life-changing opportunities a cruise career can offer.
